Solarity employs Topgrading® concepts in support of its applicant screening and selection process. Topgrading® helps to ensure that we are filling our needs with “right fit” candidates capable of delivering at the highest possible level of performance. The process begins by submitting your resume and responding to basic qualifying questions. Next up, you may be asked to complete an application detailing your employment history, educational background, and references. Our online application program makes this process easy. Please remember to check your email regularly so that you do not miss any correspondence from us.
If selected to move forward, we will ask to review your credit history and potentially complete an assessment that varies by role. This assessment establishes a personality inventory and details your cognitive aptitude. You may then be contacted by the hiring manager to participate in a phone, Skype, or in-person interview. These interviews are designed to assess technical expertise and cultural fit. If all goes well to this point, we will request 3 former supervisor references, conduct a criminal background check, and deliver to the successful candidate an offer of employment.
Note: Solarity will promptly notify the candidate if he or she is eliminated at any point in this process.
